Hope you're enjoying your stay with your son in Germany & for sure miss na miss mo naman your other members of your family sa California. Actually, me & our kids were really very happy kasi napostponed ang alis ni Roel before Christmas (tentative is Dec. 23), kaso nagkaroon ng changes sa departure date, kaya for sure ay kasama naming mag-Christmas si Roel after 8 long years na sa barko siya nagpa-Pasko away from us. Larry, Mareng ATG is asking your help to pls. assist her on how to remember her username & password kaya pala hindi siya makapag-post ulit ng message niya

Hi Dodie, Prislette, Pye and Nanette!!! Cheers to the D'Panots. We're almost there...we just have to find Cynthia Karganilla, Alice Cruz and Remedios Liquigan. Five out of eight is not bad at all. We'll make sure that Prislette's idea to reunite in 2010 will come into fruition..this time with our extended family...the AHS77batch. I miss you all. Thanks for keeping the fire burning...

Hi Letty, you continue to amaze me with your good heart. Am glad to have known you and meet Roel, too. I'm in a good spot right now...ecstatic about the new addition of my grandchild to my growing brood. Ganon pala yun...dati kaming dalawa lang ni Bon...ngayon...dumadami na. My other two older kids are engaged. My second child, Reggie plans to marry in 2009. My third child, Angelica will take the vow in 2010. Sabi ko nga sa kanila..."go ahead...plan to give me more grandchildren. Bon and I would like to enjoy them while we're still young(er). They will do the hard work of making babies and we'll have the bragging rights..ha-ha-ha!" Mahirap maging lola kung di ko na mabubuhat sila.

I'm enjoying my short vacation and desperately trying to cook in advance for the noche buena. I hope I'll do it right. My siblings are all joining us on the 24th. The Christmas tree and our Belen are also bedecked with gifts and Santa has also sent his for the kids. Sayang...hndi lang ako nakapag-simbang gabi. Ang tamad ko kasing gumising ng maaga. I'm really enjoying staying in bed till 9 or 10 in the morning. It's been a while since I've done this.

Here's something I learned recently... The word Christmas means "Mass of Christ".

It's Saturday evening here, 22 Dec 2007. I did not go outside. Too cold for me. I was alone with my German Shepherd dog, Zoe. I took the opportunity to work on the computer that AHS Batch 1977 will give to the young students of Araullo High School. It's now fully loaded with Windows 98, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Excel, Frontpage, Quicktime Movieplayer, Adobe PDF Reader, and Multimedia Science Learning Software: Biology 1, Biology 2, Chemistry 1 & 2, Physics 1 & 2, and Chemistry 11. All these in drive C (4 Gb) of the PC.

In drive D (1.7 Gb) of the PC, I created a partition image file called Ahs1977.gho (which contains all of drive C) in the directory called "backup".

In the event of data corruption in Windows, they can use this backup image file to restore everything and make the PC work again. This backup / recovery process of the PC can be done by simply following a few simple steps and commands.

I've been reading the posts here and was really feeling sorry for myself that I couldn't join your happennigs (physically present) but I felt the fun you guys experience during your intramuros party. Boy those pics really speaks for itself!!!! Such an expectacular moments. None the less I also feel the same joy while looking at them. A very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to all of you!! I miss you all, just got too busy recently, & of course the weather being cold, I have not been feeling well, still goes to work, eventhough sneezing & coughing at times.

I do hope that this coming 2008 will be a better one for all of us, better than the 2007.

One good thing that has happened this 2007 was meeting ALL OF YOU again after 30 long years!! I do hope to be a part of your gatherings in 2010. I really envy all your get together, I wish I was there, too.

I wish to greet all my schoolmates at Araullo High School, Manila, Batch 1977, a very Merry Christmas. Dear Jesus, Happy Birthday! God has blessed us all this year for allowing us to be together again after so many long years! I look forward to see you all in person for our 2010 - 50th birthday reunion! And perhaps, during a vacation in 2008 or 2009.

Thanks for your holiday greetings & purposely, we requested Larry to post some of our pictures taken during some get-together of our batch para nga ma-update kayong mga ka-batchmates naming nasa abroad & be a part na rin while looking at those pictures. We're all hoping that by 2010, we will be having our grandest day. Alam mo, my kids & I were really very happy kasi nga after 8 long years ay nakasama rin namin si Roel this Christmas, sama-sama kaming maglagay ng Christmas decorations at home, magsimbang gabi, mamasyal, manood ng sine, mag-malling, mag-grocery, etc... Mabuti nga at hindi sila natuloy umalis nung Dec. 23, kundi naging super-lungkot namin ngayong Pasko but God really has a plan for everyone at isa ang family namin sa pinasaya niya. My dear friends, I'm finally back. It took me a while to post here. I can read but can't reply. Somehow, the system didn't allow me because I logged in a wrong password. After several trials and misses...Eureka... the gates opened! Ha-ha-ha.

My dearest Larry, thank you for posting my grandchild's picture. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. He's grown more, seems to be feisty when hungry but relatively a good baby. He doesn't cry much. I told my daughter and son-in-law that they make good babies. They did all the work and I have the bragging rights...proud grandma to the nth!

Hi Letty & Roel... glad to know that Roel is still here in the Phils. I'm sure the children are ecstatic to spend this season with both of you around.

Hi Prislette, Dodie, Pye, Nanette, miss you all. Prislette...you are so sweet to give me a call Dec. 25...in the midst of your rush (as well as mine). Have a happy new year...my friend. Tawagan tayo ulit one of these days. When is the best time to call you? How's work? Still busy? I don't have Nanette's address yet. I'll send it to you as soon as I can.

A funny thing happened to me just now. I came from a lunch date with my girl friends from Coke, earlier. I went home late afternoon and I was so tired that I lied down on the sofa to rest. I was awakened by a voice and to my surprise, it's Denzel Washington!!! We chatted for a long time...talked about how he wants to help some poor kids in the Phils. While I was interested with what he's talking about, panay ang kabog ng dibdib ko kasi crush ko siya. He held my hand and promised to be back in the morning to talk more about our plans to help the young kids in the Phils. I saw him to the door, went back to the sofa and closed my eyes...when I opened my eyes again, it was dark! I was alone in the living room and that was unusual. I looked at my watch and it shows 9p.m. Matagal na akong nakamulat, di ko pa rin maintindihan kung totoo or hindi ang nangyari. I saw my laptop and decided to log in here at Forumotion...still dreaming...perhaps. As I write this, gising na gising na ako and now believes that it was all a dream. Grabe talaga ang workings of the mind. I have details of who he is including his two childhood male best friends who he played baseball with in school. They're still together. He also told me that he loves to dance and can do the waltz. He also loves to take a spa and enjoys having a good massage. Bakit kaya of all people, si Densel pa ang napaginipan ko. Weird ano?

Anyways...siguro ito yung mga hidden desires ko. Nag-manifest sa panaginip!!!

Hello Jaime D., Jun Papa, Freddie, Susan A, Audie, Rudy I, Larry, Prislette, Dodie, Jo, Letty, Menard, and everyone at AHS Batch 1977!

It's been a busy week indeed. Malamig pa rin dito. Today, my wife and 2 of my 4 kids took a long drive to New Jearsy and then to Virginia Beach. I am left at home with my dog and my Aritist-son, Ryan. My eldest son, Tj, is in the Philippines with his girlfriend and enjoying the taste of Manila after 7 long years after immigrating here in Canada.

Tiis rin ang inabot ko dito, I had to be alone by myself here in Canada before I was able to have my entire family here with me. Mahirap kasing dumiskarte: find a place to stay, find a job, struggle to get established, etc ... kung lahat kami ay nandito sabay sabay with very limited financial resources. But anyway, lakas lang talaga nang loob, sipag, determination and most of all pananalig sa Diyos ... we can't go wrong.

I took time today to buy the labels for our outreach project. I will be putting the labels now to the books, computer set, and other items over the weekend and finalize the balik-bayan box to send to Araullo High School. I will wait for your news after your Jan 5, 2008 meeting. Then, I will send the box on a weekend after ...
