ay ang sakit ng sikmura ko just by looking at the pics na kasunod, halos bumaliktad yata ang feeling ng sikmura ko, yaksssss, para tuloy akong na turned-off ng kumain ng chicken (pero tama ka Larry, ang sarap tingnan lalo na bagong fried and very crispy). Talagang very informative yung pics mo and somehow it will really make us realise kailngan talaga i-review mo kung anung klaseng resto yung kakainan lalo na dyan sa Pinas. Musta ka na Larry, i know you are busy pero you always find time to post a very informative topic here sa Kapihan. Yes, i am very happy kasi nakakapost na ulit ako here, kaya heto na ako ulit.....hopefully no more glitched this time.

I also hope and pray na sana maka-recover din ng mabilis yung mga people na naaapektuhan ng bagyong si Frank, which created a lot of misery and destruction, kaya i was always watching the news about Phils this last few days to get updated. My heart goes also to the family of those people drowned/missing dun sa Sulpicio Lines, its terrible, hope they will find comfort and answers soon with Gods help as always.

Good evening! Yes, medyo busy ako for the past few days & still tutok pa rin sa news about the recent typhoon 'Frank' na talagang grabe ang naging pinsala sa, especially sa parteng Iloilo na halos umabot sa bubong ng bahay ang baha & also the ill-fated MV "Princess of the Stars" na talagang nag-upside/down due to strong wind, wave & rains. Hope & pray that all those who were badly affected may recover soon.

Larry -> thanks for forwarding the e-mail which looks like a "real chicken pero hindi pala" & it's good you've posted it here din for everybody's info & awareness. Hay naku, mas safe talaga ang lutong-bahay di ba? Hindi ko pa naipapakita to my kids that particular e-mail, baka hindi na magsikain ng chicken eh! Thanks too for the postings those healthy food, especially sa age natin, we're all not getting younger di ba, kaya dapat lang to watch our health always

Pareng Jun -> I'm happy dahil we attended AHS 102nd Founding Anniversary this morning (Wed., June 25). It's good kasi we were there during the Thanksgiving Mass, as well as the speeches of the present AHS Principal (Miss Angela Y. Ong) & the special guest na si Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim. I've already forwarded the pictures sa mga personal e-mail addressed ninyo & even requesting Larry to kindly post some of them here para makita ng ibang batchmates natin the new AHS building na isinabay na rin na i-bless ni Rev. Fr. Danilo B. Gozar, S.J., hindi na nga lang natin tinapos ang ibang activities kasi you have to report for work, I have to look sa kulang na book of my youngest daughter kasi hindi pa nga nai-deliver ng complete ng school nila & I need to go home early din dahil half day lang school my eldest. And at least nakapag-lunch pa tayo with Racquel di ba? Next time ikaw naman ang bahala sa amin ha.

Well, well, well, I did not realize that I have been away from the Forum for more than a month now. If I recall, the last posting that I made was a Mother's Day Greetings., Naku, sorry sa lahat, A very Much Belated Father's Day to all the "POGI" Dads over there. Did I need to tell my alibi??? As usual, walang panahon makasingit sa computer dito sa bahay. Sa totoo lang, sa trabaho lang ako nakakapag e-mail sa inyo at mag post dito. Pero lately, parating " full census" at walang " vacancy" sa ward. Alam naman ninyo, sa bakanteng labor room lang ako nakakapag computer; lahat kasi ng patient's room ay may computer at may internet access.

Marami na pala akong na-miss na postings, may bago ba tayong member? Pero hindi ko pa yata nabasa ang posting. Yes, kilala ko si Elizabeth Balila, classmate yata either I-1 or II-1. Nagkandaduling na ako sa haba ng binasa ko, matagal-tagal na akong nawala, kaya eto, humahabol sa mga updates. Ang buong akala ko, na-"wanted" na ako ni Larry...haayyyy... salamat, buti na lang at walang " mugshot".

I saw in TV Patrol the damage that typhoon Frank has made in the Phils. Grabe ano? Pero para yatang parating may bagyo diyan? The last that I heard was "Milenio" ba? Kamusta ba naman kayo sa Pinas? Sana walang na damage sa mga bahay ninyo at iba pang mga property. Nalubog ba sa baha kayo? I remember noong nasa UST pa ako, inaabot kami ng baha doon, tapos, napipilitan maglakad sa baha hanggang sa amin sa QC kasi lahat ng mga jeep ay puno na, so lakad na lang ng lakad hanggang sa hindi mo namamalayan na nasa bahay ka na pala.

Kami naman dito sa bahay, ok lang. Last Mother's Day, Jun treated me to an " all day" shopping spree, after having " Brunch" at IHOP. Sabi niya, kahit na ano daw ang gusto ko, ok lang. Pero sa bandang huli, " sumuko" siya. May " limit pala ang budget niya. So, dahil sa kagustuhan ko pa ring mamili, ako na lang ang nagbayad sa iba. Pero. ok lang, basta, siya ang bumili ng talagang gusto ko. Tapos noon, nag dinner sa isang Japanese Restaurant, then we went to see the movies. We saw " Iron Man" . Noong Memorial Day weekend naman, we went to attend an all day Jazz Festival in Sacramento, CA, about an hour's drive from home.

Last June 10th, my dearest Jun turned 48 y/o. Haayyyy.... ngayon, mas matanda na siya kaysa sa akin. Ako, 47 pa rin..ha!ha!ha! Every year, this is the time that I always "shove it in his face" that he is "older " than me, until I turn the same age come August. This past Father's Day naman, we went on a 4 day trip to Palm Springs. ( No kids). Naku parang " honeymoon " uli. We stayed at Palm Springs Resort & Spa, just to relax, shop, dine out, watch movies. Every night, Jun would swim in the pool, ako, naman, hindi. Hindi kasi ako marunong lumangoy. Then, nag pa " facial & massage" kami. Now, back to the "old" routine, trabaho uli. ( Para kitain uli ang mga nagastos, ha! ha! ha! )

Of course, number one " billing" si Larry: Kamusta naman sa Baguio? Wala bang land slide this time? Wala yatang na mention sa news, puro Iloilo lang at Metro Manila. How is the ministry? Still keeping you busy? Is there another addition to the " Tan" clan? Lumalaki na rin ang pamilya ano? Pasensiya ka na at nawala ako ng matagal, pero hindi ko kagustuhan iyon. Kaya nangako si Jun na siguro sa B-day ko ay bibilhan na niya ako ng sariling laptop. Sana nga.

Letty: A very long overdue " Thank You" for the phone call last time. Ikaw naman, talagang parati mo akong pinapahanga sa iyo tuwing tumatawag ka. Thank you sa concern, pero I was all ok at healthwise, ok din. Siguro , akala mo nagkasakit uli ako ano? Ang "sweet" naman sa pag-aalala. Pasukan na uli ng mga bata ano? Pero na suspend agad dahil sa bagyo. Anong pictures ang sinasabi mo? Nasaan? Naku, si Merle talaga, nagsabi siyang dadaan uli dito sa bahay bago siya umuwi sa Pinas, yun pala, nandiyan na pala sa Pinas.

Annabelle (ATG): Mabuti naman at nagbalik Kapihan ka na uli. Matagal-tagal ka ring nawala, ah. How's the family? Nahirapan ka palang mag log-in uli ano? Ako, kanina, ganun din. At first, nalimutan ko na kasi ang username ko. Ano ba yan? Isang buwan lang na hindi ko ginamit, nalimutan ko na. Iba na talaga ang nag kakaroon ng "temporary lapse in memory".

Thelma: Great at dadating na ang mag-anak mo at makikita mo na ang " apo". You said they will stay there for a while, di ba? Mag-aaral yung mag-asawa? You will have all the time w/ the baby. Ako, naku, wala nang " baby" dito sa bahay. Ang bunso ko si Jerry Joe, is already 18 y/o & just graduated High School last June 12th. Siya na ang huli kong papapag-aralin ng college. School starts September, so ngayon, bakasyon siya. Maghahanap daw ng summer job to keep him occupied. My eldest naman, who is an Engineer, will have a job interview out of town. If he gets this job, & if it is a better offer, he will have to move to Santa Cruz, CA.

Nanette: Mabuti na rin at nag post ka uli? Maganda ang poem mo, pero, bakit wala yatang " personal" kuwento about you, or your family? Kuwento ka naman, how's life, work, kids, hubby, etc?

Trifee: Congrats about your new job. I know that it is a lot of sacrifice on your part to be away from your family. How far is Virginia from your home? Can you go home on weekends? Yes, you are right, sometimes it is hard but not to think that what we do as parents, spouse, family is all a sacrifice. You know why? It is because we want to give our kids the best that we can offer, most especially those things that we never had nor ever experienced as a child, those things that we have been longing for.... we want for them to have what we never had. ( I feel that way , too w/ my kids)

Freddie: Hello, again. Are you coming back to Manila? Is your Indonesia assignment done & over with? Still no news about Elmer??? By the way, a few nights ago, I saw Rico Puno in the Filipino Channel, I think he was one of the Judges in a singing competition. I can't remember the name of the show. It was the first time I saw it. Anyway, I was truly surprised to see that he has " hair" again. The last time I saw him in TV, he was balding already. I remembered what you said about " Svenson". I still remembered what you said. Natawa lang ako.

Jun P: Mabuti na lang at nag post ka uli, kaya nga ilang oras ko ring binasa lahat ng posting dito bago ako nag post din, para updated ako sa mga kuwento. Kailan ba uli tayo magkikita-kita? Naiinip na yata ako. Ang tagal naman ng 2010. Baka uugod-ugod na ako at hindi na makalakad. So I guess you are moving closer to where you work. True, the price of gasoline is so ridiculously high & outrageous. Over here, it has gone up to almost $5.00 a gallon. In the past, I fill up w/ $ 20.00 only, nowadays, a fill up costs almost $ 80.00, & I fill-up my gas tank every third day. Malayo-layo kasi ang trabaho ko, sa San Francisco pa.

Jaime: Hello dearie!! Nice of you to call me at work, pero, pasensiya ka na at masyadong busy at no time to "chat" Nahihiya nga ako sa iyo, pero, hindi maiwanan ang pasyenteng manganganak na. Kita na lang tayo sa 2010. Or di kaya, bakasyon ka naman dito sa US. Jun & I will be happy to accomodate you & bring you around.

Ehris: Yes, long time na akong hindi naka post. Well, ganoon talaga. By the way I started my computer class last Saturday, 9-10 am. One hour class lang every other Saturday. Pero, wala pa ring akong natutunan. Ang topic ba naman ay " How to use the internet", eh alam ko na iyon. Iba ang gusto kong malaman. Pero, hindi pa siguro iyon ang nasa " lesson plan" ng instructor. Ako kasi, basta, gusto ko yung "hindi" ko pa alam. Di ba, tama lang ang inaasam-asam ko?

Manny Cagape: Kamusta ka na sa Iraq? You know, talagang naging palaisipan sa akin noong sinabi mo na nagkita na tayo noon sa bahay ni Tita Nieva dito sa Hercules. Tiya ni Jun siya at dito rin kami nakatira sa Hercules, several blocks away lang. So one time, tinawagan ko si Tita Nieva at tinanong ko sa kanya kung nagkita na tayo. She said that there was a gathering at her house, you & your family were there ,too. But I said that she never introduced us, but she introduced me to your wife, That I remembered, I guess all the women were just talking in the kitchen & she said that the guys were in the backyard barbecueing. That was a very long time ago. She said that your family were also present at her father's funeral wake, w/c I don't recall seeing you there, I guess it was because there were a lot of people there. Hope to have a get together here once you are back home. let's plan it. When will you be relieved of duty? Any vacation plans? Let me know, ok?

I'm really happy when Larry told me last night that you have a lonnnnnnnggggg.... message here, totoo nga parang nobela, talagang bumawi ka agad after your last posting na 1 month ago na rin pala iyon ano (ganun kabilis ang paglipas ng araw lalo pa nga at palagi ka ring busy). Nakakataba rin ng puso that you really have to read all the messages that you've missed before posting here. Good to know that you're doing ok, as well your whole family, hope ganun din ang mom mo. Thanks for sharing to us about your shopping spree during Mother's day as per Jun's treat to you, as well as yung Father's Day vacation nyo naman, tama lang nama iyon sa magkaroon kayo ng bonding moments & away from work & kids too. Hello Larry...kinilabutan talaga ako doon sa pictures ng fried chicken. Hindi ako nagsisisi na nag-switch na kaming mag-asawa ng "no-meat" diet. Puro gulay, fish, fruits na kami ngayon. Di ko naman nami-miss ang karne kasi may substitute na ako. I discovered a place in Tagaytay where they grow organic mushrooms. May dried at may fresh mushrooms. Masarap ang mushroom burgers nila. Pag type ko ang kare-kare, nagluluto pa rin ako nito pero instead of beef or pork, mushroom na ang ginagamit kong substitute. Busy ka pa rin ba? Wag masyadong magpagod ha? Need to have a balance of hard work and play.

Hello sweet Letty, a lot of people were looking for you during Joley's party. Told them that you truly wanted to come but of course, family safety first before pleasure. Mahirap nang masaya ka nga na nagsama-sama tayo pero may kaba ka naman kung kumusta na ang mga bata sa bahay. Pero next time, isasama natin sila parang nung nasa beach tayo.

Prislette!!! Buti naman lumabas ka na sa iyong hibernation. Yesh...my daughter is here. Ang apo ko super cute!!! Nung unang gabi nila dito, medyo disappointed kaming mag-asawa kasi ayaw nyang sumama sa aming mag-asawa. Hindi pa niya kami kilala, Naku ngayon, ayaw matulog sa tabi ng mommy and daddy nya. Gusto nya katabi ko sya at dapat nakadapa sa dibdib ko. While palagi akong puyat ngayon, funny that I don't get sick. Iba talaga pag masaya mong ginagawa ang isang bagay. Lyra (my daughter) and her hubby (TJ) are looking at some schools to study nursing or PT. Five year course na pala ang mga ito. Since they're "second coursers", baka naman matapos nila ito in two years. Sana nga. Masyado ng mahal ang prices dyan sa states. When I was there in 2006, dollar 59 lang ang gasolina. Ngayon 4 dollars na daw. Pano pa sila makaka-ipon? Ang mahal din daw ng gas and electric bills nila. Buti na lang nakinig sila sa aming mag-asawa na umuwi muna dito. Palakihin muna nila ang baby dito at mag-aral ulit sila. Siguro naman tapos na ang economic troubles sa US after 2-3 years.

To ALL American-AHS Batchmante .... HAPPY 4th of July "Independence Day"

It has been a while since I posted here. How is everybody doing? I know ka-experience lang ng malakas na bagyo dyan sa Pinas. It was realy sad na maraming nasalanta, binaha and the Ship the over turned. Independece Day Celebration here is very quiet not like in CONUS, bawal ang fireworks dito - alam nyo na baka hindi lang fireworks eh (totoong fireworks talaga - bombs and bullets). We had a feast in our chowhall - the usual (rib eye steaks, barbecue chicken, barbecue pork ribs, fried rice, macaroni cheese, apple pie, corn bread and so on and so forth).

Larry--super busy ka talaga dyan sa work mo. Very informative and pinakita mo na chicken a la rat but that is ok lang naman. Did not turn my stomach, I have eaten worse kasi sa SERE (Survival Evasion Resistance Escape) Training - we are taught to live off the land. Survival of the fittest, recognize edible plants, roots and eat animals that are not so appetizing but you have to in order to survive.

Prislette--I heard that you called Tita Nieva. Naalala mo pa pala yung wake ni Lolo Bernie. Actually I visited him on his last days sa hospital until Lolo Bernie passed away. I helped out Tita Nieva and Tito Phillip during that time - choosing the coffin, doing the program until the viewing. Then they flew Lolo Bernie to the Philippines di ba. I know malapit lang ang bahay mo kanila Tita Nieva sa Hercules, palagi naman ako nagpupunta sa Hercules - I used to do a lot of work duon. When I get back to the 'world', let's get together ok.

Letty, Freddie,Ehris, Mathel--Kumusta na kayo dyan? Thanks sa concern and for all the messages. I hope you are all fine sa Pinas,Aussie, in your travels and wherever you all are. We had several severe dust storms here lately, it was so bad - the dust gets into everything. It gets in every orifice of your body, food, tents - all over. It cleared up now, but it is very unpredictable so we just keep our guard up for any weather changes.

I'm very happy to read your post and alam mo talagang up to now pag naiisip ko yung chicken, ay natuturn-off ako talaga, i guess hindi talaga matapang yung sikmura ko pag dating sa ganyan. I avoided and still trying to avoid eating chicken now, kasi everytime naalala ko yung pics, ayaw talagang tanggapin ng sikmura ko yung chicken (ha ha - duwag ko noh?). About the cellphone, tama ka talaga dun, maraming side effects yang paggamit ng cellphone kasi maski dito sa Australia naging issue din yan, dahil nga so much talaga ang user ng cp's and akala nila kasi nga very convenient, sige tawag lang sila ng tawag, eh hindi nila alam na yung radiation na nasa-sap ng brain nila is something not to laugh about. Dito, mahigpit din ngayon ang gov't tungkol sa paglalagay ng mga transmitter lines, lalo na doon sa mga bagong subdivisions. Kaya nga somehow malaki rin yata ang nalulugi sa Telstra here kasi marami silang kalaban inc. press and comm. groups na nag-oppose. Ako nga, including my family, we avoid using cellph as much as possible, kung hindi talagang need be, we don't use it. I guess same thing with those Ipods, proven din na very damaging ang effect sa ear, eh sa mga teen-agers and adults too, they think sige masarap makinig sa malakas ng tunog pero they don't realise in the end heavily damaged yung eardrum nila. Its winter here, malamig, maulan and my boys just recovered from flu and asthma. Last week was chaos, kaya medyo stressed out ako, but i'm fine now. Congrats nga pala Larry, lolo ka na naman, i'm sure even Frances is very happy, baby boy for Jeff and Nhing. Anung feeling ng maging lolo ulit? I'm sure you're a doting one! Please extend my wishes to Jeff & Nhing too! And about you, always take time to "smell the roses" ha, huag mong kakalimutan yung "slow dance", which is very applicable na ngayon sa ating lahat. Larry--How are you my Friend? Tama ka Larry, ang New Years sa States is almost just another Holiday - only on very few places na mayroon BIG celebration katulad nga sa Times Square New York or Vegas and some parts of California. I try to watch the New Years Eve Ball drop sa Times Square to mark the beginning of the New Year. Madalas ang mga big display of fireworks eh sa mga harbor nga ... para malayo sa mga residential area. During 4th of July naman, dyan din naglalabasan ang mga fireworks sa states. Usually mga fountains lang naman, smoke bombs, at mga malilit na paputok. Syempre hindi rin nawawalan ng mga illegal fireworks katulad ng M80 (bawang sa atin) at saka mga mini-dynamite. Dito sa lugar namin (sa US) may malapit na Indian reservation; usually they have fireworks show every year din. Kaya nga I miss Pinas every New Years Eve ... kasi nga sa dami ng putukan, ibang iba talaga sa US na normally, after the New Years Eve meal eh natutulog na ang mga tao. But we try to keep the Filipino tradition, we still make noise using the kaldero, kawali, basta anything to make noise ang ring in the New Year. My kids even joins in sa pag iingay.

Letty--Salamat sa email mo tungkol sa pag Board ng Coalition Forces. Mga experiences lang yan ni Roel, it is for their own safety naman kaya ginagawa yun. Just like us here, lalo na pag nasa Baghdad ako, I have to go thru a gaunlet of checkpoints just to get from point A to point B. It is for our safety and the safety of everyone. Pag kilala ko na ang nasa ECP (Entry Control Point), madali ng lumabas pasok. Pero pag bago ang guard, medyo konting inspection ng vehicle at mga ID. I am used to it na kaya ok lang.

Ehris--It is good to read your post. Mabuti at nakapasok ka ulit. Alam mo naman pag may special occasion dito, kahit na nasa disyerto kami. We try to bring something from home - katulad nga ng magkaroon ng special meal para sa lahat. Na mi-miss ko na nga mag-backyard barbecue eh, saka kahit isang beer man lang. Bawal kasi ang alcohol dito sa Middle East (kuno). Meron din naman pero pinaghihigpitan kami, kasi daw malasing at magwala - alam mo na, mga live ammunition ang mga naririto.

- Dati mahilig ako sa Rock Music o kahit anong maiingay na bagay, ngayon ang hilig ko ay makinig nang lumang kanta lalo na kung kundiman
- Dati ang gusto kong panooring pelikula ay puro Action movies, ngayon lagi kong binabalikan mga lumang love stories tulad ng An Affair to Remember, Sleepless in Seattle, It could Happen to you, While you were Sleeping, Breakfast at Tiffanys, Cassablanca, Notting Hill at marami pang iba.
- Dati ang hilig kong sports ay basketball at iba pang mabibilis na laro, ngayon enjoy ako na mangisda, maglakad sa golf course at pati na mag Scrabble. Enjoy din akong mag brisk walk lalo na sa lugar na maraming puno at di mataong lugar.
- Dati pag gising ko ng umaga diyaro at kape kaagad ang hawak ko , ngayon magdilig ng halaman at ilakad ang aking alagang aso .
- Dati gustong kong damit ay konserbatibong kasuutan, ngayon hilig kong magsukat ng pang bagets na get up.
- Dati pag labas ng opisina gimmick ang gusto ko, ngayon laging bahay ang direksyon pauwi.
- Dati hatingabi na ko matulog at late sa umaga ang gising , ngayon 9pm ay nasa kama na at 4 am ay automatik na nagigising.
- Dati pag trapik kayang piitin ang jingle, ngayon kailangan huminto sa gasoline station upang di mabasa ang pundilyo.
- Dati pag may lechon sa bahay , pakiramdam koy fiesta. ngayon tingin pa lang akoy nahihilo na.
- Dati galit at takot ako sa doktor, ngayon doktor ay isa sa mga matatalik kong kaibigan.
Napakarami pang pagbabago ang aking nararamdaman KUYA Larry, ngunit ang isang malaking pagbabago ay ang aking pangungulila kapag dating kamag aral sa Mataas na Paaralan ay di nakaulayaw o hindi man lang naringgan ng matamis na pagbati. Ako rin ay nababahala at di mapalagay kapag kahit Maiksing pagbati sa kanila'y di ko naialay.

Hello Freddie, kumusta ka na? I just read your post and tuwang tuwang ako habang binabasa ko line by line, its very nostalgic and it clearly shows andyan na tayo talaga sa phase ng life natin na ang hanap ng bawat isa sa atin ay comfort, contentment, happiness and peace within. Maraming phases sa life natin na nagdaan and out of that i guess andito na tayo sa stage na "its time to slow down and smell the roses" after all life is too short not to enjoy everything about it right? Ako, ngayon i tend to look back doon sa lahat ng scope ng life ko whether it has been an exciting, a challenging or a demanding one, tapos i can't help but smile dahil somehow, every scope taught me a lot of things - how to loved and be loved, how to be happy, to be sad, to be excited and to look forward to something new that might happen. We've all been busy building our career, finding our perfect partner, having a family, looking after our kids, ourselves, our parents/siblings, and now wondering what is instore for me when i grow old? Pero ang hinding hindi ko makakalimutan is where i came from, dahil ito ang nag-mold sa akin for what I am today. Malaking factor ang faith ko to God, yung guidance NYA sa akin and sa lahat ng nangyayari sa akin. From all of the above, yan ang lesson na maipapasa ko sa mga anak ko na walang kasukat - sabi nga nila "priceless". Well in short - TUMATANDA NA TAYO TALAGA!

Glad to read your posts…. Daming happenings from all of you.
I am here in the office kahit na Sunday, as usual, doing reports which are needed by tomorrow morning. I just want to take my mind away from worries, besides duling na rin ako… and the best thing to do this is to log in and write some notes for all of you. It soothes me while I read all your posts. I miss you all!
I’ve been busy so in the past I’ve just shared some good readings and poems that I’ve encountered. Now I have some time to key in the computer some thoughts. Aside from being busy here at work, may mga trainings din ako which occupy my time so much. There are times I was toying on the idea of retiring. Ano nga kaya? I learned that Audie Amante was already retired. Sayang lang nga, he was not able to see me before he leave the office. I wrote him a note to tell him na sayang at hindi kami nagkausap.
Tawang-tawa ako sa letter in Ka Freddie kay Kuya Larry. I guess there are really changes and this are big changes in us, since we are growing more “mature” in some ways. Lalo na iyong tungkol sa Jingle. Grabe! Totoong nangyayari iyan ha, and katawa-tawa ang magiging kahihinatnan mo kapag hindi ka umabot sa dapat abutan. I want to congratulate you, Freddie for a good job. You made my day!
I also saw in multiply the site developed by Manny Cortez. Ang galing!!!! He was able to scan in its entirety our graduation “book”. Galing…. Napagod akong magtingin, kasi naka post doon all our pictures, all the graduating class of batch 77, pati teachers! Ngayon ko lang na realize ang dami pala nating graduates noon. Daming memories which came back to me. May posting din ng mga recent happenings. Doon ko napakinggan kumanta si Mathel. Hi, there my friend…. With matching dancing pa, galing! Ang saya naman ng outing nyo! So I want to give due recognition to Manny C. for taking time to update all the posted pictures and videos para nga naman ma-up-to-date tayong lahat sa mga happenings.
Larry, tuwang-tuwa ako doon sa isang video post mo sa multiply. Hope to see more of those which you shared. Ako am still learning how to copy pictures to post in my multiply site. Hope I could really find time to improve on my site, like what you did in your site. Kainggit talaga.

Good day to all of you my dear AHS batchmates!

Nanette -> yesssss.... I'm happy to read your message here once again after quite a while. It seems you're doing ok naman but you're very much busy sa work mo, imagine pati Sunday ay nagta-trabaho ko to finish the reports needed the following day! You're very much right at dito mo napiling magrelax kahit sandali sa forumotion link natin & hayan nga at nakapagpost ka pa for us to read it. Glad to know that you've seen na rin the pictures posted sa Multiply thru the courtesy of our 'mabait at masipag na batchmate' na si Manny Cortez kahit busy din siya sa work & family niya. Once nakapag-post na rito ng message si Manny Cortez & sana we can read a message from him again. For sure there will be another get-together of our batch, I'm always looking forward na minsan you will be available to join naman for us to see you personally, hug & talk to you too. Anyhow, for now at least may open communication na tayo to some of our batchmates, di ba? Maybe sa sobrang dami ng work, busy or tied-up schedules mo, makakaramdam ka talaga minsan ng tiredness, pressure & possible din na hindi ka maka-relax fully kaya you can't really avoid na sometimes thinking of retiring. Just hoping that you & your family are in good health & happy, dahil isa iyan sa mga pinaka-importanteng factor sa buhay nating lahat!

Hello to all my dear batchmates and friends in this woderfull Kapihan . Kumusta na kayong lahat..
Last weekend (Saturday), a group of "boys" of AHS '77 led by our Jun Papa went to my place in Antipolo and had a round of basketball and badminton games. I don't know if the group have noticed it but there were security guards roaming around the playing courts ready with their first aid kits just in case somebody would ran out with Oxygen . I was impressed, we survived that gruelling afternoon so we rewarded ourselves with a very cold beer and a matching" kaldretang kambing and pinaputok na Pla -pla " prepared by my very supportive wife.As usual, stories and discussions centered on our life as AHS students like who were the sexiest and lovely girls,crushes at mga pagsintang di maibulalas, may pinakama -sarap na baon , tambayang lugar, mga siga at maton, mga raket sa bakery at cooperative store ng mga teachers,mga sikat sa basketball, mga machong CO officers, long hair na mga Explorers, mga dumb and dumber na experiences, mga teacher na nakakatawa, mga pagsali sa game shows sa TV,kopyahan at kodigos, tip sa karera at jai alai at marami pang iba. We really had a great time, i oferred them to stay overnight but they have to leave kasi ang natatakang passport ng kanilang immigration officers ay they must be home by 12MN.

WARM REGARDS SA INYONG LAHAT........

Gandang Hapon mga batchmates,

Maraming Salamat pareng Freddie for a very warm reception last saturday. Nakita nyo naman sa mga pictures na post niya talagang everybody were satisfied. Ganda ng climate sa antipolo we played badminton kami ni Ding Ocampo (he is from PLDT) and then basketball 3 on 3 lang di na po kaya ang whole court. Andun pa rin ang skills ni ka freddie imagine at the age of 48 left and right hand magshoot. So with ric polo and ric mendoza perimeter shooting ang reveletion si Ding parang si Haba haba abarrientos ang speed. ang papa dito hindi shooter parang big boy reynoso rebounds and guarding only. The rest sila ang mga cook (kinilaw at pinapaitan). The guest house is really for us akala kasi ni freddie magovernight kami kaya lang may curfew sa bahay. Sunday kasi is for family..> Manny C next time you should join us missed ka ng mga boys.

Sa wakas at nakalabas na naman ako sa lungga. Pagtakas mula sa isang maliit na mundong puno ng pag-aalala, paggawa ng mga bagay na ayaw mo mang gawin ay kailangan.

Salamat sa Kapihan at kahit na paano, isang sulyap man lang ... naiibsan ang mga agam-agam. At ngayo'y naririto. Nag-iisa. Sa isang apat na sulok. Kapaligiran ng nakabibinging katahimikan. At sa isang banda ng aking kaisipan, sa pikit ng matang hapo sa magdamag na pakikibaka, heto na naman sa Kapihan, ginugunita ang aking kabataan ...

Hello Nanette ,yes nag-retire na ako last march 15,and I seem to be enjoying it ,no more stress,no more hassle in waking up early and going to work with a seemingly endless traffic sa Ortigas ,no more nagging boss,( nagging wife na lang ......joke hi hi hi)
