Hello again at kamusta na kayong lahat diyan? Ano-ano na ba ang mga happenings ninyo? Mukha yatang medyo tahimik ngayon at mga people ah. Lately, napansin kong mga ilang araw na ang nakalipas para mapuno langang isang page. Everybody's still busy?

Ako naman, halos wala ring yatang maikukuwento sa inyo. Well..... gumaganda na ang panahon, it is starting to be sunny, though at times, malamig pa rin ang hangin. The weekend was great, it was sunny & warm, tapos ngayon, malakas naman anghangin, so, kahit na maaraw, malamig pa rin. Paiba-iba pa ang pahanon. ( Parang pag-iisip ko.) ha! ha! Sa trabaho naman, parating very busy at puno ang census. Kaya pagod na pagod na ring ako sa trabaho, tapos, magda-drive pa ng at least ang hour para umuwi. Kanyan ako, drive sa umaga, drive sa hapon. Malas kapag inabot ng sobrang traffic or kapag may aksidente , ayun, tapos na ako, aabutin ng isa't-kahalting oras pa uwi. Nagmamahal na rin ang presyo ng gasolina dito. Halos every 2-3 days nagtataas ng presyo sa gas station. Right now $ 3.75/gallon ang gas. May tatalong araw na na sa presyo na ito, so I am expecting na time na uli para tumaas ang gasolina. May mga rumors nga dito ka aabot daw sa $5.00/gallon. Kaya naman, lahat pati ng presyo ng bilihin ay tumataas, kahit na food, vegetables, dairy products at iba pang grocery. Salamat na lang at kahit na tumataas ang presyo ng bilihin dito, tumataas din ang sahod ng mga empleyado. Kami nga sa Hospital, per Union contract, we get a raise 2 times a year for the next 3 years . Ok na rin di ba? Magaling dito ang union ng mga nurses, alaga talaga kami.

O sige na, I don't want to bore you w/ my news.

P.S. Triffee, I hope that you find a job soon. In the meantime , try to relax & enjoy the time off. Anyway, you are receiving Unemployment pay, though it may not be the same or equal to the pay that you are used to receiving. Anyway, I am confident that it will not be too long a job hunting for you. You are so experienced in your field.

Greetings to all schoolmate at AHS Batch 1977! Thank you Prislette and Letty for all the uplifting words. These days, I prefer to stay at home, in front of my notebook PC in the kitchen, watching TV, making hugas the plato, doing my karaoke software, and most of all job hunting on the internet. With God's grace, I'll find another job soon! Thank you for all the support!

So tangan nila ang U.N. and they want to control tha affairs of the world.). Oil Deregulation is part and parcel of the Privatization thrust all throughout the world. All that a national government has should be privatized 'cuz this should gird up to a world governance by UN not only of power but of properties. Kung ma-privatized nga chances are mag-merge naman di po ba, at ang merging of big corporations will eventually be part of Trade Liberalization among nations. Hence, privatized properties of nations will play a big, important part of the 70% billions of the MNC and billionaires. No one will buy or sell, mindset na ang tao sa control today di ba because of terrorism they created and the oil dereg na nagpapabaliw sa lahat, ang tao ayaw ng hirap na todo so they will begin to submit their wills. No one could buy or sell without the mark (Rev. 13:16-18 )

We got the One World Government already, the United Nations, despite the opposition of Margarette Thatcher before, that U.N. should only be constrained to the purpose it was created, that is for peace keeping only. So taas ng taas ang gas and oil pati LPG kasi walang magawa ang gobyerno, SO KUNG TATAAS ANG GAS TAMA KA LETTY, TAASAN LAHAT NG PRIME COMMODITIES. So anong nangyari worldwide because of this global bait that was "whether-you-like-it-or-not" approve the oil deregulation program of the United Nations. Ano ba din ang nangyari sa boses ng Senate natin when it comes to approving international laws na papasok at aapekto sa batas natin locally, malaki utang natin sa World Bank and IMF, kaya all laws that were rejected by our nationalists like UP, Bayan, and other leftist groups, Kilusang Mayo Uno, etc. like WTO, GATT, Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA), Globalization, Privatization, OIl Deregulation, ano nangyari, ACCEPT N ALANG KASI MALAKI UTANG NATIN AT MAY EMBARGO NA THREAT NA GAGAWIN WE GOT A COPY OF THIS DOCUMENTATION, IN CASE OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

I know you are a computer genius bro and you may always access in the net to look for a job, hindi mahirap humanap sa case mo ng job kasi attractive even sa world market ang programmer 'di ba. Ang Australia madaming jobs in line with your specialized field, maging sa USA I guess kya lng prioritized ang residents there nga lang. Kaya mo yan bro!!!!! We will keep you posted in our job hunters' list sa church, the best we can do!!!!

As usual, may I stay sa bahay ... job hunting on the Internet. I cannot count anymore the many applications I have sent, mainly, via email, some, via fax ... to companies and IT recruiters in GTA, other Ontario areas, elsewhere in Canada, in various states in the US ( where I find a lot of openings for a software developer using Delphi OOP, Foxpro, Sybase, Java ... where I have experience ). I also explore possibilities in the Middle East like Saudi Arabia and UAE. It's not that easy though. Anyway, I believe, with God's grace, everything will be alright in my job hunt.

I just want to share my excitement. One week going with me unemployed, I got two calls so far for a Delphi Developer position. One in Montreal and one in Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Nothing is final yet but just the same, wish me luck!

Pasensya na mga batchmates medyo busy lang po ang inyong lingkod recently…..kasi kababalik ko lang galing sa business trip sa Qatar, Bahrain at Iran, medyo tinapos ko lang ang mga transactions ko bago ako umuwi sa Pinas ngayong 20th of April, hopefully 2 months on leave ako. Marami na akong na-missed na topics dito.!!!??

Crispa – Toyota rivalry sa basketball, pero meron kayong nalimutan kasi kapitbahay lang natin sa Araullo ang Jai Alai at maraming sikat na player noon.sina Oyarzabal, Lorenzo, Villavicencio, Manu, Jesse at marami pang iba sikat na players. Nanonood kami noon sa praktis nila tuwing tanghali at nakakalibang talaga sila, pero bawal na don ang students pag hapon kasi oras ng tayaan yun (sugal na!!). Kelan ba ang next uwi mo sa Pinas? Hello! It's Thursday evening here, 17 Apr 2008, 9:11pm.

I want to sleep early today. Nakakapagod din pala ang nasa bahay parati. May I hugas the plato, may I linis dito, linis doon. I gathered some unwanted clutter sa garage and drove to drop the items sa Value Village Trift Store. Tapos, may I buy some grocery based on the listahan ni Manager (kumander ang tawag ng iba). So, nag-punch ang Dominion sales cashier ... TING! $153.00 pala ang bill ko! Pag ganitong wala kang trabaho, nagkaka-allergy ka pala sa presyo! Anyway, when I arrived home, my kids helped me dala the grocery items sa my kitchen and then I make ayos ... yung iba sa Ref, yung iba sa Cabinet. Back to my Notebook Computer na nasa kitchen table. Okay, may I bukas the Internet Explorer again ... Oops! A Delphi Programming position I applied late last year, where the company IT recruiter responded and who seemed to be interested in my qualifications, is NOW OPEN again! Kaya nga lang noon, urgent ang requirement nila that they could not wait for me. Well, may I re-send my updated resume by email to the same recruiter and let us see how it goes tomorrow. Sa Springfield, Illinois naman ito. Gusto ko sana, sa Greater Toronto Area lang pero, it's hard to find positions where I can get more or less the same range. Sa dami ng bayarin, I have to take the very first opportunity! Yun namang sa Columbus, Ohio, okay na kami sa presyo pero, I still am waiting for the actual employer interview since my contact is the IT Consulting company and I will represent their company as an IT Consultant for one of their company clients in Ohio. Ang hirap maghintay!

Nag-sisisi tuloy ako ... sana, tinangap ko na ang offer ni Mother Lily noon!

Okay, my 2nd son Ryan, I already prepared his baon for tomorrow. I will make hatid to him sa subway station for his work tomorrow at 7:30am. My eldest, Tj, also got his baon from me just now. May I drive siya early tomorrow for his work. Roasted chicken, rice, with tetrapak drink ang baon nila. May bunso, Mayboy, will get his baon from his tomorrow after cooking. My 3rd son and Canadian Army reserve, Winsome, ayaw daw niyang mag-baon sa school but I need to make hatid to him to school just the same.

Okay! Ayan, nabawasan na ang headache ko. May I tulog na ako. Manager is still outside for her Church Choral Group practice. Hopefully, tomorrow I will have some better news for on my exciting escapades are a 'homeboy job hunter'!

My German Sheppherd dog Zoe is in the room making bantay to me. Siyempre naman, I make the ... here's the food Zoe ... to her kaya, she is always making sunod to me.

I am writing this letter with a great pain in my heart knowing that you are seriously considering going into showbisness. As a friend of yours and admirer, i strongly suggest not to venture in this field. Napakahirap ng mundo na aming ginagalawan , maraming intriga at maraming tukso. Alam muna naman sa showbiz kahit may asawa at anak ka na , ay marami pa ring magkakagusto sayong babae minsan mga beauty queen pa. Huwag munang tahakin pa ang landas na aking dinaanan sapagkat ito ay hindi maaring mangyari sa yo sa Pilipinas. Ako ay nagtagumpay sa showbiz dahil hindi ako marunong mag Ingles , sumulat ng tula , lalong lalo na gumamit ng computer. Dahil sa mga katangian na yan ako ay isa nang senador. Ito ay hindi mangyayari sa taong katulad mo na may pambihirang kakayahan sa pagsulat, pagawit, pagtula at mag computador. Kaya pa yong kaibigan kalimutan mo ang pangarap mong mag showbiz.

I'm a bit concern regarding your career path and you're planning to divert in entertainment business. Just a reminder it will ruin your image and paparazzis . They'll be all over you and swarming... No privacy whatsoever!!! kaya mga batchmates...I need your input here...at si Trifee gusto yatang mag explore sa Entertainment at maging Paquiao ng Araullo...at least, si Mr Lito Lapid...oopps si Freddie pala meron din hidden talent at pinasok din and entertainment business (not even in my dreams lakay meron karing palang ambition maging sa showbiz...hahaha) sabagay ganyan talaga una-una lang yan buti na lang ako ginawa ko na ng high school...pang school play nga lang ...hahaha.

Nasaan na si Larry dapat sa kanya kayo huminge ng advice... marami ring gimmick 'to at halos andun na sa loob ng showbiz at bigla na lang naging pastor...sawa na kasi sa limelight!!! Pero alam pa rin ang storya ni Pokwang...hahaha at ang mga latest stars sa Pinas...

Kaya Trifee sige mag ballroom dancing ka na lang at marami ka pang magiging cliente niyan ...katulad nila Ellie, Prislette, Lettie ..I'm sure they can't wait for your first appearance sa keep on dancing...good luck, huh!

Prislette grabe ang presyo ng gasoline ngayon imagine an hour ang biyahe mo from your place to work...kaya nga my relatives sa Sacramento...puro halos highway daw ang daan nila just to go to the market, grocery, work, even with their doc's appointment...sobra pala ang lalayo ng distance...dito na lang ako sa Toronto at least, within half an hour na gawa ko na lahat yung errands ko.

Letty, kamusta na buti na lang at bakasyon na ang mga bata ang sarap naman at panay pasyal. Medyo gumaganda na ang weather dito and I'm doing a bit of gardening. Anong sey mo at si Trifee gusto nang maging sa showbiz...dapat pumunta na lang siya sa wowoweeeewwoww....ba yun? I saw that sa mga cousins ko last weekend and it was really funny and enjoy to watch!!!


Ramir, great that you finished all you business transactions diyan sa Qatar, Bahrain and Iran. Buti ka pa leave ka ng 2 mths and sarap naman...then you'll enjoy your holidays na.

Larry -> thanks again for posting here about health updates! Naku ha, mukhang naglalambingan na naman kayo ni Jaime ha, kasi you posted here some of our RPES messages. For some of our AHS batchmates, RPES means -> Rafael Palma Elem. Sch., wherein naging mag-classmates/batchmates din kami nung g grade school before pa kami nagkasama-sama sa AHS. Tama ka Larry, talagang controlled ng mga billionaires ang lahat ng nangyayaring crisis worldwide at sila lang ang lalong yumayaman kaya lahat ng pwede pa nilang pagkakitaan ay siya nilang ginagawa, without thinking kung papaano makaka-cope up ang mga sumasahod ng daily wages. Kaya ang mga problems when it comes sa mga hold-ups, theft & robbery, kidnap-for-ransom, snatching, graft & corruption, prostitutions, rallies & other criminalities ay hindi kayang puksain dito sa Pinas at sa iba pang bansa, dahil "kapit sa patalim ang iba just to survive & feed their families". Hay naku, kaya nga kung ano mang convenience in life at kumakain ng tama at masustansiya & all of us are healthy ay ok na rin, but still we have to be aware of what's happening around us

Trifee -> happy to hear na that you received some reply na about your job hunting. As what I've told you, the least you expect ay may biglang good news na makakapagpasaya sa iyo. Good luck to you batchmate, either there sa Canada or outside of Canada, basta't you feel na ok for your ang work, especially the salary & taking into consideration pa rin if you feel to be near your family or ok lang din to be away from them dahil nga sa work that you will decide to accept. To all my dear bachtmates, regards to you and your family. Well, it has been quite a while na hindi ako nakapost ng reply ko, sorry i was just a little bit busy kasi term break sa school ng mga boys ko, so naging busy mom na naman ako - driver, cook, et.c.etc.

Larry > thank you ha sa pag post mo ng pics namin ng mga anak ko, hindi kasi ako marunong mag-post ng picture dito sa site natin, sa email lang ako marunong. I like all the topics you had posted also, very informative lalo na yung sa health issues, we really need it kasi nga hindi na rin tayo bagets ano! We really have to take good care of ourselves especially now that we live in this world na sobra ang stress, compared to nuong bata pa tayo na medyo life seems much easier to cope with. I guess yan ang product ng sobrang advancement ng technology, unlike before na we live a very simple life, ni computer di pa uso noon, or even the cellphones. Ngayon i can see even younger kids merong cellphone, computer and every possible gadgets that money can buy. As with the world crisis sa oil, tama ka, kasi maski here in Australia ang taas ng presyo ng petrol, hindi lang yun, even simple basic needs like bread and milk ang taas ng presyo! Medyo mataas din ang unemployment rate dito at the moment. Even interest rates sige pa rin ang pagtaas. Kaya nga yung mga taong merong mortgage eh kawawa naman kasi parang yoyo ang pagtaas ng rates.
Hindi maiwasan na ma-reposses ng banko yung property nila kasi nga hindi sila maka-cope sa pagtaas ng amortisation payment nila. But in general, peaceful pa rin naman, hindi pa rin mataas ang crime rates. Alam mo naman ang mga Australiano, very laid back, very casual ang approach nila sa buhay.

I continue to do my job hunting on the Internet. So far, 2 IT consulting company sa Columbus, Ohio ang interesado sa akin. Okay na kami sa rate per hour. Yung isa, baka, may relocation allowance pa.

However, to be able to work in the US though, kailangan ko ng TN visa. So, kung sakali, kailangan ko ng employer sponsorship letter along with my diploma, and all my professional experience reference letters and Canadian passport. May I present these documents sa border, tapos, up to the Immigration Officer if TN visa ( a type of visa for Canadian and Mexican professionals ) is approved.

Dito so far sa Toronto area, wala akong tawag at all. May more than 200 resumes na yata ang na email ko to US, Canada, and Middle East.

Sana talaga, nag-artista na lang ako ....

Maybe you can add to your roll call si Audie, I'm sure sa dami ng binanggit mong pangalan ay meron ka pa palang nakalimuta. Larry, di ba you've mentioned na before that all of us here can be the moderator. Ako talaga, I committed myself here voluntarily to read/post & have an update about our batchmates, kaya rest assured that "WE WILL ALWAYS BE HERE FOR OUR FORUMOTION". Fyi, I talked to Mareng ATG few days ago, ang tagal naming nagkwentuhan sa phone, as usual sa gabi lang siya free dahil 6 days a week straight ay palagi siyang very much occupied sa work niya & other rackets (sidelines ba). I asked her why she's not posting for quite a long time na & as what I'm expecting, she's always busy nga raw & besides hindi na nga siya makapag-log-in ng tama. Para wala ng maidahilan, I sincerely told her na kung right at the time na nag-uusap kami ay naka-online siya, I can dictate & assist her at the same time on how to get through here again in our forumotion. But she said, her kids were using that time their computer & Mareng ATG promised me (I hope it's a promise to be broken) that she will call me one of these days to assist her to post here again, hoping that it will be soon na

Trifee -> hoping that once you are decided na to accept the job in Ohio (dahil sabi mo nga na walang nagreply sa mga job applications mo there in Canada), sana ay maging madali ang pagko-comply mo sa requirements nila. Talagang ganun, kapag trabaho na ang pinag-uusapan, you will accept it kahit saang part pa siya ng mundo, as long as you feel that it fits your qualifications & the nature of job you want to do, kasama na rin ang maging malapit or malayo sa family. Hello to all and i hope you're doing good........I've just came from visit to one of the manufacturing plant of our competitors here in Indonesia
and returned to our office with a lot of things in my head that will keep me busy for the coming days. I discovered a lot of opportunities from that visit and realized that sometimes sleeping with your enemy is not bad at all.

Kewl na ang ang room nating iniwan sa Kapihan pero hindi pa nila sinasagot ang hanging question ko, na aminin ang may sala. Wala pa, ang pangit pa din ng naging image ni Ompong. Once and for all, patawad mga batchmates kung nasasabi ko ito, dito nagsimula ang 50th Grand Birthday celeb natin parang para sa lahat na. I refuse to attend. Sorry!!!!!

Kaya yung iba nadadala na at they refuse to post kasi kakatakot di ba ang nangyari noon, i got sufficient problems of my own. Matanda na ko at may moral and spiritual standards na baka masaling sakin, kaya better not to go kung pangkalahatan ang 50th Grand Birthdays natin.

Sa mga baguhan dito I guess somehow malaman niyo and u got the right to know which i know eventually malaman nyo din na nahati ang AHS before. Paumanhin po kasi ako naniniwala ako na habang maaga iopen na, kaysa bigla na lang akong wala don sa big event natin. Kung pwede nga lang na by invitation din na lang yun di ba tulad here so we can invite those we like to invite. Karamihan naman sa kanila maimbitahan eh di ba. So now somehow may alam kayo, stay here kasi ibang level ang enjoyment natin sa isa't isa now di ba, alam ong malawak ang isip natin di ba, di tyo maapektuhan, salamat po.

It's me, again. It has been a while since I lasy logged -in here. Again, my apologies as I just need to interrupt & sometimes wait until the kids are done using the computer. In our household, the kids "rules" the computer. Eventhough mom was the one who bought the computer & is the one paying for the internet service. Hay naku! Mahirap na kasi ang hindi marunong, hindi maka singit sa mga anak.

Update on my mom, she is now being well taken cared of on a Nursing Home. I visit her every Saturday, at times, she seems so hyperactive & will want to come home w/ me. The staff says that she most of the time will try to "escape", but she has a bracelet that will alarm once she gets 4 feet of any door. She is ok now, at times still wants to go back home to the Phils. I am still waiting for the copy of her Naturalization Certificate, then I can apply for a new passport.

Larry: So glad that you are back in circulation. Wow! that was a cute & nice " roll call". I again enjoyed your cute pictures. Yes, now that you mentioned it, we have a few batchmates that has registered but has never once posted any " hi" nor " hello". What's up w/ that???

Freddie: aka Lito Lapit... well, you are right, too many intigues in Showbiz, no privacy, always prying on your private life. Just remain "the way you are" , basta ba mag pe-perform ka sa Grand Reunion natin, ok?
How is Indonesia? Are you getting used to the place & their culture? and their food?

Ramir: Wow! Talagang busy pala ang businessman batchmatenatin, ah. Mainit na ba sa Dubai? Dito sa SF, still cold & windy at times, the temperature has been between 30-40's fahrenheit at night & about 50's farenheit during the day. We only have a couple of days about a week ago that the temp. was in the 70's fahrenheit. Too busy at work & then when I am off, busy din dito sa bahay. Last Saturday, naku, I pulled out weeds in our backyard & swept dried leaves. Naku, sumakit tuloy ang likod ko at ang braso ko. Bumabata lalo kasi, eh. Sp I decided &told Jun that I will just pay a gardener to maintain the yard, eh di tapos ang trabaho at hindi pa sasakit ang likod ko.

Jaime: Are you a DI? Naku, sama ako diyan, I need to learn how to do ballroom dancing, dehins kasi marunong ng sayaw na de-numero. Sige nga, turuan mo ako ha? Yup, ang mahal mahal na ngayon ng gas, almost $4.00/gallon na. So kasama noon, lahat ng commodities ay nagtataas na rin ang presyo. Lately nga, pati sa Costco, nag rarasyon na ng bigas, matapos na tinaas ang presyo. May "rice shortage" daw globally. Kaya nga lately, parang "Italian " kaming mag anak, panay kami nagluluto ng iba't ibang "pasta" dish. Pero, iba pa rin ang "kanin" at "ulam" Lalo ang mga luto ni Larry.

Ehris: Hi girlfriend, nice to have found you again. Ay mali, ikaw pala ang naka-hanap sa amin. Nice to have re-connected w/ you again. Tawag ka uli sa akin kapag may time ka, ok?

Letty: Hello there girlfriend, I will try to call you sa Saturday evening dito, so Sunday morning sa inyo. Try ko uli kung papasok ang tawag ko. Kung hindi pa uli, give-up na talaga ako. Talagang para kay Roel lang ang phoneline ninyo... biro lang.

Triffee: Sana naman ay may tumawag na sa iyo. Mahirap kasiang economy ngayon. Kahit dito rin sa CA. maraming computer companies ang nag me-merge o di kaya nagsasara. I know hindi magtatagal at mag kakatrabaho ka uli. In the meantime, this is the moment that you can spend w/ your family, para maka-bonding mo sila. Basta, at times, sing ka na lang sa karaoke o dance na lang everyweekend, to relieve of the stress of job hunting. Sana lang huwag maging matagal na mabakante ka. I know how it is w/ the household expenses & mortgage payments. ok ba?

FYI: I called Thelma siguro mga 1 1/2 weeks ago. Tatlong beses ko rin siyang every weekend na tinatawagan. Kababalik din lang niya mila sa isang business trip galing Singapore at Malaysia daw. Kararating pa lang niya mulsa sa airport noong matiyempuhan ko siya. Sabi niya, wala na siyang time na mag computer sa gabi. Kasi noon daw na nasa Uniliver siya, gising pa siya hanggang madaling araw. Pero ngayon daw, due to health reasons, she tries to sleep early at hindi na nagpupuyat. She is trying to "slow down". Tama naman siya, siguro we all need to " slow down" , we need to stop & smell the roses before it is too late. Agree ba kayo? Ako, agree, ako. Ganun din ang ginagawa ko na ngayon, umiiwas na ako sa "overtime" , I need to relax & take care of my own health, now, starting May, panay akongmaylong weekend. Jun & I will always try to be "away" & just enjoy each other's company. Nakaline-up na ang mga outof town namin. Sa May we will spend the weekend in Napa Valley, sa June, in Palm Springs & maybe we can drop-by Dodie's place. Sa July, baka mag Disneyland uli, gusto kasi ng mga bata( This time, kasama sila), sa August, sa Lake Chelan naman sa Washington. Tapos niyayaya kami ng pinsan ni Jun sa Rome naman sa November, sana matuloy, I haven't been there.

To those I haven't mentioned, hello na rin sa inyong lahat. Kaya siguro hindi ko kayo na mention, ay dahil na rin hindi ko yata nabasa na may postings kayo lately. You know.... out of sight... out of mind... but nevertheless, I love you all!!
